About

Heidi WhiteArriving in the islands in the early 1970′s on the family schooner, the shoreline called to her with the windblown fragrance of plumeria blossoms mixed with salty trade winds. Even today Heidi begins most mornings in the water as the daylight dawns over Hualalai mountain, surfing her favorite “surf spots” (many of which were King Kamehameha’s surfing grounds).

Today, my family is paramount in my life.  A gramma to 5 little mo’opuna is another dream job. I look forward to getting together with my 3 children and their families when ever their busy lives allow.  And then there is how I choose to start every day…usually in the silky warm waters surrounding Hawaii.  I plan to share much of these times here on this site. Stay tuned…
